3E is currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Geisinger Health Plan, Highmark Blue Cross, Tricare, and United Behavioral Health (Optum) as well as the following Employee Assistance Programs: M&S EAP and Spring Health.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Please note, Insurance does not cover Coaching or Consulting services.

Fees
- All fees are subject to change.
- Fees are due at the time of service.

Payment
Clients are expected to keep a credit card on file and payments are due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal, Square, and electronic payments are accepted through 3E’s electronic medical record.

Cancellation Policy
3E understands that life happens and there are times when you must miss an appointment for work, family, or emergencies. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
