Deciding to enter therapy is an important decision and I hope you will allow me to join you on your journey. Through 3E Counseling & Consulting I seek to empower and elevate each person I work with to a higher level of functioning and ability to cope with mental health challenges beginning with education and understanding of mental health, mental illness, and treatment. I take a strength-based and integrative approach to counseling using evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in combination with non-traditional approaches. I focus on all areas of wellness and truly believe in meeting everyone where they are.

My counseling style is warm, motivational, non-judgmental, and interactive. I strive to create a caring, supportive, and most importantly safe environment in which we can work collaboratively to explore and develop an individualized and effective therapy program to meet your unique individual needs. A solid therapeutic relationship is the foundation for treatment success. Therefore, our first few sessions will focus on rapport building, challenge exploration, and treatment goal identification.

Regardless of what is going on, know that I am here to listen to you, help you, and empower you.  Please remember, you DON’T need to be fixed as you are NOT broken.  We are all perfectly imperfect in our own way.
